Before authoring and self-publishing her first book, Lisa spent 15 years as a professional marketer and fundraiser, helping organizations to communicate about and further their good work. Lisa hosts the podcast Paws for Effect, on which she interviews humans who communicate about animals. She also runs a blog called Weird! Why Aren’t You Vegan?, which features comedians and other funny people answering snarky questions about why they’re not (yet) vegan.
